Spa Therapy Arrival Guests who are enjoying spa packages, body treatments, massages or facials are asked to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early for their spa treatment. This will ensure we can collect the necessary information to meet all clients needs and expectations. Late arrival will also cheat you out of minutes from your spa treatment. Peaceful Enjoyment To ensure that all guests can enjoy their escape to Serengeti, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum; cellular phones and electronic devices are not to be used within the spa. Age restriction We regret to inform you that in consideration to all guests, the Serengeti medi-spa is a small child free environment. Children that require any treatment needs to be accompanied by an adult until they are 14 years of age. Cancellation Policy Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify, or missed appointments, will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment. Package cancellation requires 48 hours notice. Special Considerations Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or if wheel chair access is required. Consumption of alcohol during or directly after particular spa treatments such as massages, body treatments, or skin care treatments is not recommended. Gratuities and Taxes Gratuities and taxes are not included in the price of treatments. Gratuities typically range from 10% to 20% of service price, but are at the full discretion of the guest. Extras & Amenities We provide you with a robe and slippers to wear during your visit. Feel free to use our shower room before or after a massage or body treatments to enhance benefits and complete your spa experience. We have shampoo, lotions, toiletries and hair dryers available for your use. Please ask! At Serengeti our cause is to help and cater.
